Since February 2, 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act has required anyone using artificial intelligence systems to take measures to develop their staff’s AI skills. From July 27, 2026, the law no longer requires a specific level of competence for each individual, but the obligation remains. A generic course or certification isn’t enough: people need to understand what they use, which data they use, and the limitations. Officina AI
A four-module program for your business.
We start with your actual work processes and build an AI-powered system to optimize them, organize workflows, create dashboards, and develop a company policy for AI use in line with European regulations. By the end, your business will have working tools and people who can maintain them.
4 modules of 4 hours · €3,700
Payment terms: 50% on confirmation, 50% at the end of the program. Travel included within 50 km of Verona. If you’ve already completed Module 1, the full fee is credited toward the program.
How to book

- In both cases, I’ll email you two questions before we meet. It takes just five minutes to answer and helps me come prepared.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to use AI before booking?
No. In fact, it’s often better to start from scratch: there’s nothing to unlearn. You just need a clear idea of the day-to-day problems you want to solve.
What happens after the call?
If it makes sense to work together, I’ll recommend the best fit: Module 1 for mapping, or the full Officina AI program. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you clearly.
Are you available for in-person sessions?
Yes, for businesses near Verona. The initial call is always online; the program can be a mix of online and in-person sessions.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
I operate under Italy’s flat-rate tax scheme, so I don’t charge VAT. Invoices include the 4% INPS contribution required by law and a €2 stamp duty.
What data can we put into AI?
Only data that can be used. In the first module, we distinguish usable data from confidential data and choose tools and settings accordingly. The rules go into your company policy, written so everyone can understand them.
Do you work with ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot?
Using what you already have, or whatever makes the most sense for your use cases. I have no commercial agreements with any provider, so my recommendations are independent.
