A first session focused on your actual work

An hour and a half, online or at your workplace. You'll leave with something that already works.

The programme, only if you need it

If the first session is enough, we'll stop there.

I don't expect you to study. I ask you to bring your work.

MY APPROACH

Get organised first, then AI

AI gives generic answers when it knows nothing about you. That's why, before teaching you how to use it, we get what you already know organised: customers, processes, templates, documents. I usually do this with Notion, which you use by clicking, without installing anything technical.

With that foundation in place, AI stops making things up and starts working with you.

If you already use other tools, like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we'll start with those.

What you won't find here

We talk about customer emails, quotes, meeting minutes, and documents that go missing. And you always work with the same person: the one who makes the first call is the one who sits down beside you.

Who you'll be working with

I'm Andrea Brugnoli. I've been training people for over thirty years: first in associations and institutions, then in communications and digital, and now in artificial intelligence. I have a PhD in philosophy, which has proved useful for one very practical reason: understanding the problem before choosing the tool.


I don't have a team: from the first call to the final session, you'll be speaking with me.

Questions I'm asked

  • Am I too far behind to get started?

    No. Those starting from scratch often get there sooner: they don’t have habits to unlearn.

  • Do I need to buy subscriptions or software?

    Usually just one: an AI tool we choose together based on your work, such as Notion or Claude. Free versions rarely offer enough peace of mind when working with company data. The subscription is in your name and stays yours afterwards; I'll let you know the cost and why beforehand.

  • Is my data safe?

    The first thing we decide is what should never be given to AI. Everything else is done with settings I show you one by one.

  • Do I need to be good with computers?

    All you need is to know how to use email and documents. We'll take care of the rest together, at your pace.

  • What if I don't end up using it?

    That's the real risk. That's why we start with just one thing, something you'll already be using the next day. If it's not useful, we stop.

  • Do you work with the whole company too?

    Yes, with Officina AI. But we always start with a small first step.
